When you find the items you would like to buy, just choose the quantity.You always have an overview of the orderstatus in the Shopping basket in the upper right corner. When you are done with your order- choose - "Shopping basket". Here you will be asked to fill out the payment form and choose payment method, name, address, telephone etc.. When you have done that, you will see an overwiew of what you have chosen, and what the overall price is.After this you must appove your order. You can change or cancel your order at any point during the ordering process. Nothing will happen until you confirm your order. If you would like an order confirmation by e-mail, just remember to fill out your e-mail address in the order form. If you do not wish to give your e-mail address you should print out the order approval and save it as a receipt. Always save your receipts! Paymemt possibilities: You can pay with the following credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard Maestro and JCB. Safety with online-payments: Paying with credit card your card details are sent to our own shopserver- An SSL-based solution (Secure Socket Layer). All communication between you and the server is encrypted. It is impossable for anyone to "hack" the information, you enter in our webshop. Delivery: When you approve your order you will be notified of expected delivery time. Cancelation: If you regret a purchase it is possible for one week after you place your order to return your product to the webshop. In this case the product must be unopened and un-damaged. When you return products remember to attach a copy of your invoice/order confirmation. |
